She's quite arty is Sue. Be it in front of an easel or, thankfully, in the kitchen Sue's always trying new techniques. Her home is where many of our family's kids first try this delicate jelly. It works perfectly on all her famous roast meats; beef, pork, lamb even chicken. And the kids wipe their plates whenever she flavours her gravy with it.
