Clancyjames has been recognised by its industry peers as being a leader in the area of red meat innovation. It was awarded the 2009 Australian Meat Industry Council “Innovation of Red Meat” Award at the recent meat industry dinner. David and Andrea Bobbermen were awarded the prize by Mr Glen Burke, Queensland Manager for Meat and Livestock Australia.
In speaking after being awarded the accolade, David Bobbermen said that this was a great testiment to the professionalion of the Clancyjames Team. “We would prefer to have a failure than no experiment at all” he said.
