One of the French classics, this special sauce is made with rapeseed oil, spirit vinegar, tarragon, shallots, black pepper and egg yolks. It is perfect with a whole range of simply cooked fish and meat, but shines when you put with grilled ribeye steak, preferable served with fat chips and slow-roasted tomatoes.
